Return Policy

We want every customer to be delighted with their experience. Because many of our products are handcrafted or digital, the following policies apply:

• Original Artwork: All original art pieces are final sale and non-refundable due to their one-of-a-kind nature.

• Digital Downloads: Because they are instantly delivered, all downloadable mandala patterns are non-refundable.

• Workshops / Art Classes: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a one-time reschedule or store credit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

• Merchandise (if applicable): For items like bags or decor, returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
